Cambridgeshire

CambridgeshireA ground cover rose. Small clusters of semi-double, pink, red and gold blooms are produced repeatedly throughout the summer into the autumn. Blooms are an intriguing mix of three colours. Foliage is medium green and semi-glossy. Ideal for landscaping, container or in the border. Hardy. Good disease resistance. Grows to 45cm in height 60cm spread.

Canary Bird

Canary BirdA species shrub rose. A profusion of dainty yellow, single blooms with an attractive boss of golden yellow stamen are produced on long arching stems in may. A once flowering shrub with ferny like foliage providing an attractive bush once flowering is over. Foliage is small and grey green in colour on mahogany coloured stems. Hardy. Good disease resistance. Grows to 210cm in height.

Cardinel de Richelieu

Cardinel de RichelieuA gallica shrub rose. Clusters of beautifully formed velvety, dark purple blooms are produced through midsummer. Blooms carry a light old rose fragrance. Dark green foliage clothes stems with few stems. A neat compact growing habit suitable for growing as a hedge. Hardy. Good disease resistance. Grows to 120cm in height.

Cecile Brunner

Cecile BrunnerChina shrub rose. A stunning display of exquisitely formed, thimble sized hybrid tea style blooms in large clusters, are produced repeatedly throughout the summer into the autumn. Blooms are sweetly fragrant. Rarely out of flower. Foliage red when young matures into medium green and semi glossy. Hardy. Good disease resistance. Grows to 90cm in height.

Celestial

CelestialAlba Shrub rose. Exquisitely formed buds open to a charming display of semi double pale pink blooms. The richly scented blooms open to expose a stunning boss of golden stamens. Foliage is plentiful and grey-green in colour providing a lovely backdrop for the blooms. An old fashioned variety excellent for hedging or as a tall specimen bush. Hardy. Good disease resistance. Grows to 180cm in height.

Champagne Moment

Champagne MomentROSE OF THE YEAR 2006. This large flowering floribunda variety bears large old fashioned shaped blooms throughout the summer. Softly scented flowers start Apricot in colour fading to cream with age. Healthy dark green glossy foliage presents the flowers well. A great name for that special occasion. Hardy. Good disease resistance. Grows to 120cm in height.

Chapeau de Napoleon

Chapeau de NapoleonA centifolia shrub rose. Clusters of full, globular slightly drooping blooms with a pleasant old fashioned perfume are produced in abundance through midsummer. Unique buds bearing winged extensions give the appearance of Napoleon’s hat. Bushy and spreading growing habit with medium green foliage. Hardy. Spray regularly against disease. Grows to 150cm in height.

Charles de Mills

Charles de MillsA Gallica shrub rose. Clusters of large, very double blooms rich crimson with hints of purple in colour are produced throughout midsummer. The uniquely flat blooms give a sliced off appearance with a nice light fragrance. A compact bushy growing habit with dark green foliage. Hardy. Good disease resistance. Grows to 120cm in height.

Cherry Bonica

Cherry BonicaAn attractive shrub rose bearing trusses of cherry red blooms with a silver reverse, showing glossy green leaves with excellent disease resistance. Flowers from summer up to first frosts. Grows to 100cm in height and 90cm in spread.

Chicago Peace

Chicago PeaceA large flowering slightly fragrant hybrid tea rose. Flowers of a pink and yellow blend are borne on strong upright stems throughout the growing season. Dark green glossy foliage. Can be used for bedding, hedging and exhibiting. Average disease resistance. Hardy. Grows to between 100-150cm in height.

Chilterns

ChilternsA ground cover rose. Small clusters of semi-double, crimson red blooms are produced repeatedly throughout the summer into the autumn. Blooms open to expose a glorious boss of golden yellow stamens. Foliage is medium green and semi-glossy. Ideal for landscaping producing a beautiful mound of colour. Hardy. Good disease resistance. Grows to 100cm in height 200cm spread.

China Town

China TownA large flowering hybrid tea rose. Large black bud open to reveal beautifully formed, swirl type blooms of the darkest velvety crimson. The scented blooms are produced in well spaced trusses on strong, bold erect stems. Neat bushy growing habit. Looks good in all weathers with an impressive resistance to disease. Hardy. Grows to 85cm in height.

Claret

Claret English rose. Large, showy, deeply cut blooms, apricot and yellow in colour are produced repeatedly throughout the summer into the autumn. Blooms hold a rich, fruity fragrance with a refreshing sharpness. Foliage is red when young, maturing to dark green and leathery on thorny stems. A vigorous arching growing habit that can be trained into a small climber. Hardy. Spray regularly against disease. Grows to 150cm in height.

Cloud Nine

Cloud NineA classically shaped hybrid tea rose, bearing light pink blooms and a strong fragrance with light green foliage and a long flowering period. Grows to 120cm in height and 100cm in spread.

Coconut Ice

Coconut IceBRED BY RUMWOOD NURSERIES. A cluster flowering floribunda rose bearing masses of sweetly scented bright pink dappled white blooms. The glossy, light green, willowy foliage is a nice back drop to the flowers. An excellent bedding variety. Good disease resistance. Hardy. Grows to 100cm in height.

Compassion

CompassionA continuous repeat flowering climbing rose. Large well formed hybrid style blooms, pink-apricot blend are produced repeatedly throughout the summer until the first frost. Highly perfumed variety. This variety bushes out from the base making this ideal for using as a freestanding shrub or grown up a pillar. Foliage is very healthy, dark green and glossy. Can be grown in a north facing aspect. Hardy. Good disease resistance. Grows to 450cm in height.

Comte de Chambord

Comte de ChambordA Portland shrub rose. A mass of charming, double, quartered blooms, rich rose pink in colour are produced repeatedly throughout the summer into the autumn. Blooms hold a strong old rose fragrance. Foliage is large and light green. A vigorous bushy growing habit. Ideal for a smaller garden. Can be used for hedging. Hardy. Good disease resistance. CorneliaA Hybrid Musk shrub rose. Large trusses of small well formed rosette shaped blooms are produced repeatedly throughout the summer into the autumn.
